Although graduation this year was very different for our graduates of 2020. We wanted to make sure it was extra special so we called on a few guest to make an appearance.

what's up everybody is Tito Puente Jr and I want to give a big shout-out to the class of 2020 in Brooklyn New York congratulations raise it to the traffic 2020 vs 1060 the world and make a difference for a tall graduation all the PS1 the boys and girls and guys always remember your parents I love you and I want you to know that you guys don't ever let anyone tell you that you didn't do it you did it you guys work hard for everyone watching this video alone you watching this video is going to be an amazing Manny young lady and never let anyone tell you that you cannot do nothing once you put your mind to know you going to do it keep on keep on having your mind I'm going to do it no matter what happened in the world for everything happen if the same way you got to continue to think for the rest of your life you got it way I got into radio and I reach for the stars and I got everything I wanted in life thankfully why because I always put my mind to it and I I'm going to do it did it congratulations once again the class of 2020 Johnny Rivera at 1 to take the time to congratulate ps-126 class of 2020 congratulations you deserve the best I know this year was interesting a lot change the things that you thought you would but this is a great opportunity to take these lessons and apply it to the next chapter of your life don't think like you missed out celebrate not only this last year but the previous four years of When you entered elementary school and I'll take him to the next phase into Junior High School more responsibilities more people you get to meet more more things to learn also new ways to be a leader taking the opportunity to take that in taking with you and your next chapter and I know you would do well you were on the great guidance at PS 106 those lessons values that you learn and apply it to these next chest x-ray is going to be interesting going to be challenging is not going to be easy but just know that which manages Triumph I love you and when you overcome thing it just causes for a better world again class of 2020 congratulations I wish you all the best and I can't wait to see you next time actor writer singer in director remedy Santiago you may know me from several feature films like Dangerous Minds or hackers Broadway and television and I just want to congratulate you on your graduation you did it we are so proud of you your parents and teachers and Community this was a very challenging year of historic here and you made it you are the future I want you to hang come to your dreams I want you to create I want you to think big in life and I want you to let your light shine no matter what if you ever fall I want you to get back up again I want you to believe in yourself I want you to stay healthy and stay away from drugs I want you to stay away from negative people and be around good people positive people believe in yourself and if you ever need to be alone that's better than being in Bad Company I always want you to I'm very selective in the things that you do in your life and against think big you're going to do great in life you came from a brace school and now your future is on its way you studying be doing the things you love and just do your best we're so proud of you and God bless you. What's up for the graduating class PS 106 I just want to spend your love is Anthony Ramos I love y'all. You work so hard and your future so so excited to see what you all of you all of you are going to do in the future. God bless this is New York state controller Scott Stringer distinguished faculty alumni proud parent partner sibling family and friend it's not even join you today to celebrate our standing graduate even though we can't be together in person you are still tied together as a community by your shared experience and years of hard work nothing can take that away from you and I mean nothing you're working on to this world in very difficult time but you walking as graduates people who will make a difference in our society we need you now more than ever but today we celebrate I've always said it's a chicken broth and Washington Heights the schoolyard offers as much of an education is the classroom the lessons of survival and the perseverance and most importantly of community the Lessons Learned The Daily Grind in this town stick with us here the rewards of our journey lasts a lifetime class of 2020 get here because you worked hard and you adored graduating institution that is and you not just a diploma but the tools to succeed I know I speak to everyone here today when I say we are so proud and excited to Usher you on to your next Pap your potential is Limitless and today you embody the resilience New York I wish you with a full heart congrats congratulations you did it milestone in your academic career and I'm sure you're very excited I must say though your civic responsibility has not stopped having good grades by that I mean it inform people that are aware of things within our Global community and our.
