  On February 10th, 2023 we held our annual Career Day event. We had a wide variety of speakers such as a research scientist, an occupational therapist, Musical engineer, ESU officer, Director of Digital Marketing at Motown Records, Video producer, law student, social worker, Veterinary technician, Cloud Solution Architect, Class A mechanic for Con Edison. Estheticians, and a social worker.

  Welcome to P.S. 106K, a vibrant learning community where every scholar is encouraged to shine in their own unique way. Our school nurtures students from 3K through 5th grade, providing a well-rounded education that celebrates diversity and fosters a love of learning.
  
  We offer a range of enriching programs, including a dual language program and bilingual/self-contained classes, ensuring every child can thrive. Our dedicated team includes on-site occupational, speech, and physical therapists, providing support for students of all abilities.
  
  Beyond the regular school day, we partner with the Greater Ridgewood Youth Council to offer an engaging after-school program for Kindergarten through 5th grade students.
  
  Our state-of-the-art facilities include a Disney Jr. Big Green Theatre, a hydroponics lab, media room, computer lab, and a cutting-edge STEM lab. We believe in the power of arts and cultural education, providing ample opportunities for students to explore their creativity and heritage.
